Yes! To use Commanders mobile pay to at concessions, you must have a credit card added to the Commanders app.

At Beltway Bites and The Coolers only, you must scan your QR code prior to entering the market. At all other concessions, after you select your items, you will scan your QR code to pay for your items at checkout.

Screenshots will not work when scanning your QR code, as a new code is generated each time you use the app. You must use the QR code that is provided directly in the app.

You must be logged in with the Commanders SeatGeek account that is connected to your season tickets in order to receive your 50% discount on concession items. If you transfer your tickets directly to somebody else through the app, the discount will also be transferred to the recipient for them to use in the stadium.

If you want to use your discount, you are required to pay with the credit card that has been loaded into your app. Cash is not an option when using your discount at concession stands.

To access the "More" section from the home screen, look on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

The Commanders app uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your payment information. It is advisable to use a secure internet connection when entering sensitive information and to keep your app updated to benefit from the latest security enhancements.

If you experience difficulties saving your credit card, ensure that all required fields are correctly filled out, including card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address. Double-check for any special characters or spaces in these fields. If the issue persists, try restarting the app or contacting Commanders' customer support for assistance.

After scanning your QR code at the drink lanes, the system should confirm your payment method and grant you access to the refreshment services. Look for a notification or confirmation message on the screen, or ask the attendant for verification if unsure.
